After years of project delivery in corporations across the globe, we established IT Cubed to help our clients avoid common pitfalls.
Knowing how to align people, performance, and processes to steer projects toward achievable timeframes and agreed budgets, IT Cubed sets out to achieve three things:
Execute the right projects, at the right time, and in the right way;
Ensure you have the right fit candidates for your specific need; and
Use technology to streamline, systemise and achieve consistent reporting for projects.
Our name pays homage to the critical role technology plays in enabling the delivery of projects. It highlights that delivery is exponentially uplifted when you simplify the change into these three fundamental rights:
